Osprey Suites

This new 375-bed residence hall will house a premiere full-service dining facility, which accommodates 325. Osprey Suites is expected to be completed by July 2020, and will increase the number of students living on campus by nearly 70 percent.

The rooms in Osprey Suites will be suite-style in configuration, with the majority being shared 2 bedroom (double occupancy), one-bath suites. The remainder of the suites will be 3 or 4 single occupancy bedrooms with 2 bathrooms.

Shared 2 Bedroom Suite

The most abundant room type is the shared 2 bedroom suite which includes:

• 2 double bedrooms, each furnished with:
  • 2 twin-XL beds
  • 2 dressers
  • 2 desks and desk chairs
  • 2 closets or wardrobes
• 1 bathroom in the suite
• Common living area which includes:
  • couch
  • armchair
  • coffee table and cube

*2 bedroom suites may contain up to 4 people in each suite

The 4-person private bedroom suite includes:
